Post 7: Changes to my study programme

Imagen
Hi! This is the last post, it's amazing how time has passed. Today I will talk about a super important topic, since it is completely related to the race, how I see it and what I would like to change. To be honest, it is something that I always think about and compare with other universities. Also, it was one of the reasons why I chose this university and not another. I find that the subjects are well designed, they prepare you gradually, such as: chemical laboratory techniques in the first semester, which serves as the basis for the following laboratory classes in terms of different processes, equipment, behavior and everything important in a laboratory. Other universities do not have such a subject, they do not have that leveling, which in my opinion is very important, because if you did not have a laboratory at your school, you learn from cero. As for the duration, it also seems appropriate to me, since it is compensated by the number of subjects. A pharmaceutical chemist from t...

Post 6: Time travel to the future

Imagen
Hi! Today I will talk about a time travel to the future. It was difficult for me to choose where and when, but I finally decided on Chile in 10 more years, that is, in 2032. Why? First of all, Chile because it is my country of origin and where my loved ones are. Also, because I would like to know if I continued living here or not. I chose the year 2032, since I see it next and not at the same time. So as not to spoil me too much hahaha about my life. I would like to see how the country is in general, the environment, my family, I would also like to know if I have stayed in the country what happens to me, if I finished my degree, I continue with my boyfriend, if I have another pet. Also, see how far technology, science and other very important areas have advanced. Whether or not there are crises, problems or if a better country has been made. I would not like to stay in this year, since I do not want to "skip" these 10 years of life that are different, I want to live and enjo...

Post 5: My future job

Imagen
Hi! I am a student of Chemistry and Pharmacy and I would like to have a job that is not office and is indoors. When choosing a career, I looked at one that didn't have "as much contact with the public," so to speak. I like to work and do quiet things, with a team or alone, but "serving the public" is something very complex. In general, I like to travel a lot, so for what I want to do, it would be convenient. Well, I could attend congresses or places where my specialty is more developed. As I said before, I study chemistry and pharmacy. The specialty that I would like to study would be in pharmaceutical technology, especially in the research and manufacture of products / medicines for animals, that is, in the veterinary area. Why? Because I find that our pets and animals in general are unprotected in this area and that there is misinformation in the population. Researching and dedicating myself to this could contribute to a change. A curious fact and the reason ...

Post 4: Childhood Series

Imagen
Hi! Today I will talk about my favorite series from childhood. The first that comes to mind is the series "Las tres mellizas", a Spanish series that I watched with my sister. I remember they came on VHS !!!! It was a very old series, entertaining, that recounted the adventures of three sisters. The title track was very entertaining and sticky. The second is "Pinky Dinky Doo", an American series that was mainly about imagining. I liked that the main character had a guinea pig as a pet. The title song was very good, I always sang it. The third is "Hi-5", an Australian series, which unlike the previous two, was not animated, there were real people. He loved songs and dances. He dreamed of going to the show as an audience and seeing them sing live. The fourth is "The Winx Club", a magical series, about a school of fairies. I searched the internet for his nationality and it is an Italian series! I find it very surprising that each series I have named...

Post 3: My Pets

Hi!                        Today I will talk about a little and cute being: my russian hamster Vicky. At first I wanted adopted in a foundation, but somebody had it already adopted. So, I bought a hamster.  I wanted a male, is more, I decided his name: Pedro. But for destiny things... a female arrived! I decided name her Victoria for her personality in honor to Queen Victoria, a strong woman, with character and smart. Her complete name is Victoria Jesús Lépez. Why "Jesús"? Because I found it funny hahaha like in as in mexican novels. Sometimes I scream her "Victoria Jesús, what happened?" hahaha, but the most of times I call her "Vicky" or "Vickynga". She is precious, so small, funny, big eater, and very smart. She has a lot energy, she run all night! Sometimes she is aggressive, hits with her little hands and puts on her "Chinese eyes", better known as "Stitch eyes" hahaha. She is my second hamster. My first ha...

Post 2: The Best Holidays Ever

Imagen
Hi everything! Today I will talk about of my best holidays ever. I have two in mind, but I choose my holidays in 2019, because they are different from the others I have had.  They will ask "why?" and the answer is for the simple reason that it was my first vacation without my parents, I went alone with my older sister. We went for seven days to Buenos Aires, Argentina. What we did the most was walking around the city, it was very hot. We visited classic places and neighborhoods such as: San Telmo, the Obelisco, Puerto Madero, Luna Park, Tigre and more. We eated a lot tipical food.  It was the best, because we got closer as sisters and to be able to have a little more independence and responsibility. I took a photo with Mafalda (hahaha), I tried too much "dulce de leche" in the stores (there are many). I rode a "Catamaran" on the "Rio de la Plata". We were unlucky, because we just went for the heat wave that occurred that year :( hahaha, but we h...

Post 1: A country I would like to visit

Imagen
Mmm, this is very difficult to me, because I wanna visit many countries. But if I had to decide for one, it would be, without a doubt: Italy. ¿Why Italy? Is a good question. I find this country very interesting and attractive, both for its food, culture, music, its best known cities and landscapes that seem like a postcard. What I know about Italy is that on the map it looks like a boot, they are the kings of pasta and prosciutto. In addition, that one have several known places such as the Roman Colosseum, Pizza Tower, the city of Venice and Milan, known for fashion. Also, that a great composer of learned music is of that nationality: Giuseppe Verdi. I would like to eat the real pizza, pastas, prosciutto and a lot of typical food (I really love to eat hahaha). I would also like to walk through small towns with stone paths, see world renowned monuments and cities. And don't forget to go to the theater to see Verdi's "La Traviata"! Its a classic! I would like to live i...
